At this time, none of Atlanta’s kosher facilities are certified exclusively for yoshon. One can always check with the mashgiach of an establishment to verify if there are products meeting those requirements.
Currently, Formaggio Mio’s pizzas and calzones are using yoshon flour, and many products at Chai Peking meet yoshon requirements.
