* A Kosher Touch is an AKC-approved caterer that has a meat, dairy, and pareve kitchen. They provide food for the MJCCA preschool, many events, and they operate Fine & Dine Café. Both Kosher Touch and Fine & Dine Café have visible kosher letters that specify the kosher status of the foods, as well as a mashgiach who is present on site for all hours of operation and available to answer questions.
** Although these establishments may sell prepackaged kosher foods with a kosher symbol on them, prepared foods are not AKC-certified and may not meet Orthodox kosher requirements.
